TAKE NOTICE that any one using any of the above Trade/ Service Marksby copying the design and the get up or combination of colours that areidentical or nearly resembles the above Trade/Service marks without written authority of the registered proprietor will be infringing the Intellectual Property Rights of the registered proprietor and passing off his goods as those goods of the registered proprietor.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that anyone infringing the Trade/ Service Marks or passing off his goods/services as those of the registered proprietor of the above Trade/Service Marks is liable for prosecution under Trade Marks Act (Cap 506) Laws of Kenya and under the Common Law.
